The purpose of the Animal Welfare Estonia is animal welfare outreach; development and implementation of educational programs in different age groups; participation in animal welfare legislation; animal welfare cooperation with public and third sector organizations and counseling of private individuals. Accordingly, we provide the following services:

Behavioral counseling for dogs; individual trainings; video counseling.
